Mutant Fest will be the first day of Joe Bob’s Drive-In Jamboree, Happening JJuly 16-18, which will be held at Drive-in Mahoning. Mutant Fest is a celebration of low budget exploitation films made outside of the Los Angeles and New York financial support systems. Joe Bob Briggs launches an open call for films, feature films and short films, and promises no entry fees.
